You have a right to be satisfied with anything you buy from us and any service that we give you. If you aren’t we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied.

 

If that means you find that your Shea Butter has gone rancid because you left it in a hot, humid place for a few years and you think it is our fault and we should replace it… Well, we’d think that is not so fair but we would replace it (but not likely want you for a customer after that)

 

Our ideal is that you are ecstatic with your product and our service. Sometimes we will fall short and if we do we ask that you let us know so we can fix it.
