Shipping Policy
We aim to prepare and pack your order for the next courier pickup — within 1 business day. We average over 99% success, though occasionally we don't quite make it.
Shipping options
For orders shipped from our Canadian facility (Canada and international destinations), you can choose Canada Post, DHL, or FedEx, or select Discounted Shipping — where we choose the service offering the best balance of price and delivery time.
Orders shipping to the United States are fulfilled a little differently. Your package is prepared and labeled at our Canadian facility, then transferred to our US dispatch centre in Blaine, WA, where it enters the US courier stream and your tracking goes live. Because of this transfer, please allow a 2–3 day window between your packing notification and live tracking. You'll see the available US shipping options at checkout. Loss, damage, and insurance
Baraka Impact takes no responsibility for any loss, damage, wrong address, misdelivery, or delay that may occur in transit. By opting for Ship Insurance, we will replace your package should any of these occur. If you require additional insurance, please notify us before your order ships.
Please note that carriers often do not heat their trucks in winter or refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product — simply leave it at room temperature for 24 hours before opening, and give it a stir before use if needed to restore its consistency.
Additional charges
If you contact the carrier to redirect your parcel to another address, or if your address is entered incorrectly or is missing information and the carrier must update it, a charge of $10–$15 per box will be billed to you.
Baraka Impact will not refund the cost of freight for Expedited or Express shipments, or for any order delayed for reasons outside our control.
Returns
Baraka does not provide return shipping labels. If you'd like to return a product, you'll need to arrange your own shipping. Please return products to 4432 Howie Rd, Duncan, BC, V9L 6N3, Canada. Once received at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund or ship a replacement (at the customer's cost, if applicable). US customers — please contact us before returning so we can walk you through the cross-border return process.
