This body balm melts cocoa butter, shea butter and coconut oil into a rich, firm balm that leaves skin soft and hydrated. It uses Baraka shea butter, made by hand at the Konjeihi Women's Enterprise Centre in Wa, Ghana, and is melted gently with the other ingredients.

Ingredients:

• Cocoa Butter: 1/4 cup (57g)
• Shea Butter: 1/4 cup (57g)
• Coconut Oil: 2 tablespoons (30ml)
• Lavender Essential Oil: 5 drops

Instructions:

1. Place the Cocoa butter, shea butter, and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl and melt them gently over a double boiler or in a microwave in short bursts.
2. Stir in the lavender essential oil until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and allow it to cool and solidify.
4. Store in a cool, dark place.
