Palm Kernel Oil Hair Mask

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup palm kernel oil,
• 1/4 cup avocado,
• 1 egg yolk

Directions:

1. 1. Mash avocado and add palm kernel oil and egg yolk.

   2. Apply to damp hair and scalp, cover with a shower cap, and leave for 30 minutes.

   3. Rinse thoroughly.

   4. Condition as usual.
