Lavender Calming Body Butter

This soothing body butter is perfect for relaxation and stress relief. Lavender essential oil has calming properties that help to promote better sleep and reduce anxiety.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (100g) shea butter

  • 1/4 cup (50ml) coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) almond oil

  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

  1. Melt the shea butter and coconut oil together in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the almond oil and lavender essential oil.

  3. Transfer the body butter to a clean container.

  4. Allow the body butter to cool and harden before using.
