Lavender and Shea Butter Body Butter
Introduction: This calming and relaxing body butter is perfect for soothing tired and stressed skin. The lavender essential oil promotes relaxation and helps to improve sleep quality.
Benefits:

Shea butter: Intensely moisturizes, soothes irritation, and protects against environmental damage.

Lavender essential oil: Promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, and helps to improve sleep quality.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (120 ml) shea butter

1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut oil
-
10 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions:

Melt the shea butter and coconut oil together in a double boiler.

Remove from heat and stir in the lavender essential oil.

Pour the mixture into a clean jar and let it cool completely.
