Baraka Shea Butter and Ebola

Baraka Shea Butter carries no Ebola risk. It is made by hand at the Konjeihi Women's Enterprise Centre in Wa, Ghana, and when this was written there had been no case of Ebola in Ghana. Thank you to everyone who contacted us with concern for the women, families and communities there.

Some have asked about the danger of Ebola and Baraka Shea Butter.

There is absolutely ZERO RISK.

1. At the time of writing, there were no incidences of Ebola in Ghana

2. At the time of writing, our shipment of Baraka Shea Butter had arrived in June and was made well before the Ebola outbreak started (outside of Ghana)

3. The Ebola virus only survives for a few days outside of a host (Human or animal)
