Sea Salt Spa Escape Bar

The Sea Salt Spa Escape Bar is a hard, exfoliating cold process soap made with 14 oz (397 g) of pink Himalayan sea salt, Baraka Virgin Coconut Oil and Baraka Shea Butter, which is made by hand at the Konjeihi Women's Enterprise Centre in Wa, Ghana. Watch, read, learn and try it.

Since this batch contains a high amount of Salt we will use individual cavity molds to make it easier to release. Remember that Sodium Hydroxide is a caustic and therefore we must don our safety gear when making this soap. You must wear goggles to protect your eyes and gloves to protect your skin.

Distilled Water ~ 243 grams
Baraka Virgin Coconut Oil ~ 472 grams
Baraka Shea Butter ~ 29 grams
Castor Oil ~ 88 grams
14 ounces of pink Himalayan sea salt
1/4 ounce of Rosemary Essential oil
1/4 ounce of Lemon Essential Oil
