Green Tea Face Mask

This antioxidant-rich face mask helps to soothe inflammation, reduce redness, and brighten the skin. Green tea is packed with antioxidants that protect the skin from damage.

Benefits:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (30g) green tea powder

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey

  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the green tea powder, honey, and yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Apply the mask to your face, avoiding the eye area.

  3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Rinse off with warm water.
