DIY Bath Bombs

These fizzy bath bombs are perfect for a relaxing soak. They help to soothe sore muscles, soften the skin, and promote relaxation.

Benefits:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) baking soda

  • 1/2 cup (100g) citric acid

  • 1/4 cup (50g) cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup (50ml) coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water

  • 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil

  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, water, essential oil, and food coloring.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until a dough forms.

  4. Use a spoon or your hands to pack the mixture into small molds.

  5. Let the bath bombs dry overnight.

  6. To use, drop a bath bomb into warm bath water and enjoy the fizzy, relaxing experience.

Remember, when using essential oils, it's important to do a patch test to check for any allergic reactions.
