Baraka Wins Social Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion Award at 2023 Responsible Business & Leadership Excelence Awards

Baraka was awarded the Social Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion Award at Ghana's Responsible Business and Leadership Excellence Awards Ceremony (RBLEA) 2023.

Baraka was cited for the business-wide embrace of sustainability, inclusion and diversity, including especially its work to provide dignity of income to impoverished women in remote rural villages.  

Initiative such as the Konjei Women's Enterprise Centre, the Eco-Ergonomic Shea Roaster Project and the overall Income Generation Impact were cited for their impact and inclusion efforts.

The Responsible Business & Leadership Excellence Awards recognized and honored outstanding achievements in responsible business and leadership excellence.
