Shea Butter and Epsom Salt Foot Soak

Introduction: This relaxing foot soak is perfect for relieving tired and achy feet. The Epsom salt helps to soothe muscles and reduce inflammation.

Benefits:

  • Shea butter: Moisturizes, softens, and protects the skin.

  • Epsom salt: Soothes muscles, reduces inflammation, and helps to detoxify the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shea butter

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Epsom salt

Instructions:

  1. In a basin of warm water, dissolve the shea butter and Epsom salt.

  2. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Rinse your feet with warm water and pat dry.
