Shea Butter and Coconut Oil Body Lotion

This simple lotion is perfect for dry, flaky skin. Shea butter and coconut oil are both excellent moisturizers that help to hydrate and nourish your skin.

Benefits:

    1. Hydrates and nourishes skin

    2. Soothes dry, flaky skin

    3. Protects skin from environmental damage

    4. Leaves skin soft and supple

Ingredients:

    1. 1/2 cup (100g) shea butter

    2. 1/4 cup (50ml) coconut oil

    3. 1/4 cup (60ml) aloe vera gel

    4. 10 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Melt the shea butter and coconut oil together in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the aloe vera gel and essential oil, if using.
  3. Transfer the lotion to a clean container.
  4. Apply the lotion to your body as needed.

 

 

This lotion can be stored at room temperature for up to two months.
