Baraka Kombo Butter
Ghana’s Wild-Crafted Forest Secret
100% pure, handmade by women in Ghana’s forest communities from seeds of wild Pycnanthus angolensis trees — preserving myristoleic acid, kombic acid, and antifungal compounds that make kombo butter uniquely therapeutic. Wild-harvested, not cultivated. Unlike any other butter.

What is kombo butter used for?

Kombo butter is pressed from the seeds of the African nutmeg tree; it is not kokum butter. It is traditionally used in massage and muscle balms, blended with shea butter at about 20 to 30%. Always do a 24-hour arm test first, and never use it on babies. Baraka's kombo butter is made by hand at the Konjeihi Women's Enterprise Centre in Ghana.
