As our cocoa butter is crafted in small batches, some natural variation in scent is normal. Occasionally, the cocoa butter may have a stronger roasted chocolate scent.
Please note: Food Grade Cocoa Butter is sold for cosmetic use. The Food Grade designation simply refers to the fact that it is put through a micro-filter to remove micro-solids to the level required for high-end chocolate making.
